About

Custom programs for every athlete who walks through the door.

Powerhouse Training opened in 2010 with one premise: deliver consistent results without the marketing hype. The trainers had been coaching teams and private clients since the early 2000s. Twenty years in, the track record stands.

We design customized plans for every athlete who walks in. Programs are built around age, sport, position, and screening results: mobility, strength, power, muscle balance, work capacity. No two plans are the same.

What makes us different is the volume of athletes we worked with before they were stars. The same foundation that produced 13 All-Americans and an MLB first-round pick is what we build with the six-year-old in their first lesson. No goal is too big or too small.

Our services
